NYC DDC/NYC DEP Croton Water Filtration Plant Above-Grade Structures and Landscape

Infinite Consulting Corp. (Infinite) provided Scheduling services in support of the overall Construction Management for the Croton Above-Ground Structure and Landscaping project, which was part of a vast New York City Department of Environmental Protection project in Van Cortlandt Park. The project is built on an 11.6-acre site encircling the water filtration plant, adjacent to the existing Mosholu Golf Course. It will add permanent security enhancements and landscaping for the filtration plant, a water management system for the golf course, as well as the aboveground NYC Parks driving range facility.

Project features include:

  • Permanent security features
  • Clubhouse facility
  • Water management system, including stormwater collection, shallow pools, and water tanks and pumps to irrigate the golf course
  • Retaining walls, gabion walls, and landforms
  • Hardscape and plantings throughout the project site
  • Surface parking facilities totaling 54,000 square feet
  • Pedestrian and golf cart paths
